Olivera’s Auto Repair & Towing Olivera’s Repair and Towing was opened in Buellton, California in the 1940’s by Bill Olivera. Emmet Hickey purchased Olivera’s when Bill retired in 1999. Olivera’s Repair is a full service automotive repair shop serving the Santa Ynez Valley communities of Buellton, Solvang, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, and Los Alamos; as well as commuters and travelers in need of auto repair and maintenance services.
